Digital Solutions for Inclusive Education: A Workshop at the Phoenix Center for Achievement

The Scientific Entertainment company took part in a large-scale seminar and workshop held at the Phoenix Assistive Technology Center (part of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development).

The event brought together over one hundred students from leading colleges in Moscow and the Moscow region—future specialists whose careers will involve the education and development of children with disabilities.

Exchange of professional experience

During the practical portion of the seminar, leading speech therapists and educational psychologists from Moscow's schools presented current methods of special education. Particular attention was paid to the specifics of working with various disorders and finding effective tools for children's socialization and education.

Technology at the service of the teacher

One of the key topics of the meeting was the integration of modern technology into the educational process. Specialists demonstrated to students the potential of using Scientific Entertainment's developments for assistive purposes:
— Digital educational environment: the use of sensors and interactive interfaces to visually explain natural phenomena and physical processes.
— Educational sets in mathematics: a method for developing elementary mathematical concepts in preschoolers using tactile and digital equipment.

The presented solutions allow the curriculum to be adapted to the individual needs of the child, transforming the remedial lesson into a research process.

Development of human resources

Participating in such seminars allows future teachers, even while still in training, to become familiar with cutting-edge equipment that is already being actively implemented in educational institutions across the country. We are convinced that the combination of proven teaching methods and innovative technologies is the key to high-quality and accessible education for every child.
